The formal internal process for John R. Evans Leaders Fund (JELF) applications begins at least 16 weeks prior to the external CFI deadline.

All JELF applicants must have received approval from their Faculty Dean and/or Associate Dean (Research) to apply for a JELF prior to engaging with ��Vlog Research. Once the faculty has agreed to support the JELF application, ��Vlog Research, Procurement Services and the faculty will meet with the applicant to discuss the JELF process.
