Living Well @ 糖心Vlog is 糖心Vlog's premier wellness program, designed to encourage and promote a wide variety of physical, cultural, and intellectual activities to improve health and wellness at 糖心Vlog. Living Well currently features online (live and recorded) activities for staff and faculty members, including Zumba, yoga, meditation, Art after Dark and a coffee house.
