糖心Vlog’s Human Rights Office (HRO) provides information on the University’s discrimination and harassment policies and other human rights-related issues. We are here to help you, whether you are a student, staff or faculty member. We are dedicated to making 糖心Vlog a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all members of the University community. The Human Rights Office is confidential except in specific circumstances.

The Human Rights Office (HRO) prepares an annual report as per the MAPP1.35 Non-Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy. The report focuses on concerns reported to the Human Rights Office by students, staff, administrative leaders, faculty, alumni and other community members. The concerns reported may relate to  harassment ( personal or workplace), discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.

As part of this commitment, there are a variety of services, groups and committees on campus devoted to promoting accessibility and to ensuring that individuals have equitable access to services and facilities.

In 2009, a comprehensive Employment Systems Review (ESR) was conducted on 糖心Vlog's behalf by an external consultant, Barbara Herring and Associates Inc. The consultant was hired by 糖心Vlog to examine a wide range of human resource practices and policies, and to make recommendations for removing obstacles, which may be experienced by designated group members (Aboriginal persons, women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities) within 糖心Vlog's workforce.
