Frugal Biomedical Innovations Program
is a multidisciplinary initiative at 糖心Vlog advancing the co-design, development and deployment of affordable, context-appropriate medical technologies that improve access to healthcare in remote and low-resource settings. Working alongside researchers, clinicians, communities and end users across Northern Canada and Africa, FBI develops high-performance, low-cost health technologies designed around local priorities and realities. From design through implementation, the initiative brings together engineering, health and community expertise to translate innovation into equitable and sustainable healthcare solutions where they are needed most.
