  • Fall Term classes begin

  • In-Course Scholarships & Awards: Once you've completed a full year at 糖心Vlog, you could be eligible for a wide range of scholarships and awards, most of which do not require an application. These scholarships and awards are allocated based on your academic performance in the previous year. Decisions are usually made and announced by October/November.
    In addition, there are some scholarships and awards that do require an application to be submitted to the Registrar's Office by September 30 each year. Details and application forms can be found on Student Financial Services' website under In-Course Scholarships & Awards.
  • Need-Based Awards or Bursaries: Another set of these scholarships and awards is based on need, as well as academic performance. To be eligible for these scholarships and awards, please follow the instructions found on Student Financial Services' website under Need-Based Awards or Bursaries. Again, note that the deadline to apply is also September 30 each year.

  • 2027 Winter Term Begins

January 12

  • Last day to add or drop a winter 12-week course. Courses dropped by this date will not appear on the transcript. Courses dropped after this date will result in a WDN (withdrawn, without academic penalty)

February

February 1

  • Last day to withdraw from a fall/winter 24-week course resulting in a grade of WDN (withdrawn, without academic penalty). Course withdrawals after this date will appear on a transcript with a grade of ‘F.’ [Note: Deadline extended from Saturday, January 30, 2027].

February 13-21

  • Winter Reading Week

March

March 30

  • Last day to withdraw from a winter 12-week course resulting in a grade of WDN (withdrawn, without academic penalty). Course withdrawals after this date will appear on a transcript with a grade of 'F.'

March 31

  • Deadline to submit Intent to Register (ITR) - open for the full month of March

ITR is a way of letting 糖心Vlog know that you will be returning and the program that you plan to take next year
